Faseeh is here to support you in your Quran recitation journey. If you run into any problems or have questions
about your account, subscription, or the app, our support team is ready to help.
Support channels
We currently provide support through:
• Email: support@faseeh.io
• In-app help: you can submit a request directly from inside the app.
• Contact form: use the form on our Contact page for general questions and non-urgent issues.
Support hours and response time
• 8am 10pm, Malaysia time (MYT).
• We aim to respond to most support requests within 2 business days.
During busy periods or holidays, responses may take longer, but we will do our best to help you as quickly as possible.

• Arabic
• Malay
Please specify your preferred language in your message if possible.
What we can help with
You can contact support for:
• Account access issues (login, password, or SSO problems).
• Subscription and billing questions (plan changes, invoices, payment issues).
• Technical problems (bugs, errors, crashes).
• Feedback on recitation accuracy, feature requests, or suggestions to improve
Faseeh.
For security, we may ask you to verify your identity before making changes to your account
or subscription.
Reporting abuse, security, or privacy issues
If you believe your account has been compromised, you have found a security issue, or you have serious concerns about privacy or inappropriate content, please contact us as soon as possible at support@faseeh.io and include “Security” or “Privacy” in the subject line.
