LuminMind LLC is registered in the United States with its principal place of business at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States, and a secondary office at C-2-8 Radia Residence, Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam 40150, Selangor, Malaysia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you:


• Visit our website on faseeh.io.

• Join our waitlist or beta.

• Use our app or services; or

• Communicate with us by email, social media, WhatsApp/Telegram, or other channels.

• Usage and analytics data: Information about how you use the website and app, such as pages visited, features used, surahs practised, recitation frequency, and timestamps; device and technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.

• Audio recordings and recitation data: Recordings of your Quran recitation and related data (e.g., text segments, error labels, scores, and feedback generated by our models) that are uploaded or generated when you use the app.

• Payment and billing information: When you purchase a subscription, we collect billing details (such as name, email, and billing address) and pass payment information (such as card details) to our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, and others). PCI-DSS-compliant providers handle the full card numbers and CVV codes; we do not store them on our servers.

• Marketing and communications data: Your preferences for receiving marketing from us and information about your interactions with our emails, advertisements, and social media channels.

• We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data unless you voluntarily provide them, and we do not require such data to use our services.

• To train and improve our AI models: Where required by law, we will use your audio recordings and recitation data to enhance recognition accuracy, tajwīd error detection, feedback quality, and the overall performance of our AI models. Audio recordings are used only to provide feedback and to improve our recitation models. They are not used for targeted advertising, and we do not sell or share them with advertisers. None of our contractors would listen to the clips, and you may contact us if you wish to opt out of this use.

• To personalise the experience: Tailor content, exercises, and recommendations based on your usage patterns, levels, and goals.

• To process payments and manage subscriptions: Handling subscription charges, invoices, refunds, and payment-related communications via third-party payment

processors such as Stripe and PayPal.

• To provide support and communicate with you: Responding to your enquiries, troubleshooting, and sending important service updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.

• For analytics and product development: Monitoring usage, measuring performance, diagnosing technical difficulties, and improving the website and app using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Firebase.

• For marketing and advertising: We may conduct external advertising campaigns (e.g., on social media platforms) and use aggregated, non-identifiable analytics to evaluate their effectiveness, in accordance with applicable laws and, where required, your consent.

We do not display third-party advertisements within the app, and we do not share your recitation audio or any personal audio data with advertisers.

• For legal, security, and compliance: Preventing fraud and abuse, enforcing our terms, and complying with legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

5. Children and young users

• Faseeh.ai is designed primarily for general users and older learners but may be used by children under adult supervision.

• If you are under the age of 13, you should use Faseeh.ai only with the permission and under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or responsible adult. In certain jurisdictions (such as parts of the EU/UK), a higher age limit may apply under local law.

• Where required by law in the EU/UK, we may ask for parental or guardian consent before collecting personal data from children, or we may restrict certain features.

• If you believe that a child has provided personal data to us without appropriate consent, please contact support@faseeh.io, and we will take appropriate steps to review and, if necessary, delete that data.

6. Legal bases for processing (EU/UK users)

• For individuals in the EU/EEA, UK, and similar jurisdictions, we process personal data under the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract means providing the services you sign up for, such as creating your account, processing your subscription, and delivering feedback.

• We process personal data under the legal basis of legitimate interests to enhance services, thwart fraud, and convey non-marketing updates, provided that our interests do not outweigh your rights.

• Consent: For certain activities such as marketing communications, using non-essential cookies/trackers, and, in some cases, processing children’s data.

• Audio recordings and recitation data: stored for as long as needed to provide services and to train and improve our AI models, unless you request deletion where applicable law provides such rights.

• Payment and billing data: stored in accordance with tax, accounting, and financial regulations.

• Analytics and logs: kept for a limited period necessary for security, performance analysis, and service improvement.

We may retain anonymised or aggregated data that does not identify you personally for longer periods.
